Everything you need to know about your booking
Booking confirmation and terms of payment
The reservation confirmed by us in writing per e-mail is only valid after receipt of your deposit payment of € 200,-. Please transfer your deposit within 3 days of receiving the reservation confirmation. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
We kindly ask you to pay the remaining balance of the booking sum in cash on the day of your arrival, or in advance by bank transfer. You will receive the bank details together with the confirmation of your reservation. Please note that we do not accept card payments on site.
Our prices are per day and apartment, excluding local taxes and final cleaning. Tourist registration tax is € 1.50 per day and person (from 15 years) and we charge between € 65,- and € 85,- for final cleaning, depending on the type of apartment. No charge is made for children under 3 years.
If you choose a short stay (up to 4 days) please note that we have a short stay surcharge of 10%.
Cancellation conditions
The general terms and conditions for the Austrian hotel industry apply to bookings made with us. In case of cancellation, this means:
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the booking price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- In the event of cancellations within one week of the intended arrival date, we change a cancellation fee of 90% of the booking price.
- In the event of early departure, we charge the full rate for your intended stay.
- The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) are agreed upon by default when making a reservation.
Travel cancellation insurance
There is always the chance that something might go wrong. To avoid unpleasant situations and costs in case of cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance)
Depending on the tariff, Europäische Reiseversicherung not only offers protection in the event of cancellation, but also for events that may happen during your holiday. Simply enter your travel data and calculate your premium!

Credit Card Insurance
Your credit card may offer travel insurance. Many providers do not even require you to pay for the trip itself by credit card. The card just has to be used regularly before the start of the journey, regardless of the purpose. (Source: card complete).
However, as conditions may vary from one provider to another, we recommend that you check with your bank yourself.
Pets
Animals are not allowed in our house in order to protect, amongst others, allergy sufferers.
Liability for any damages
As tenant of an apartment, you assume liability for all objects in the apartment (and publicly accessible rooms in the house) during your rental period and are liable for any damage caused. You are obliged to inform us as landlords in the event of any damages occurring.

Arrival and Departure
Your apartment will normally be ready for your arrival from 16:00 hrs onwards. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 20:00 hrs. We kindly ask you to check out by no later than 10:00 hrs on departure day.
Early Booking Bonus
If you make a reservation up to 1 year in advance, you will receive a 5% early booking bonus from us for stays of at least 6 nights (valid for all low season periods).
